How can I schedule a tour of the apartment(s)?

 

You may schedule a tour by emailing us at manager@renteva.com or calling the Leasing Office at 804-344-0077. Tours are scheduled Monday thru Friday between 9am and 3pm. Weekend tours are available by appointment only.

I found an apartment I like. What is the next step?

If you are interested in moving forward with an apartment, please complete the rental application which can be completed electronically once you contact the Leasing Office.

How do I sign the Residential Lease Agreement?

Once the Security Deposit and Lease Fee payments have been submitted, the lease agreements are sent and signed electronically. Once all parties sign, the Resident automatically receives an electronic copy.

Do I need Renter's Insurance?

Although Renter's Insurance is highly recommended, it is not required by Cary Belvidere Apartments.

Am I allowed to move in sooner than my lease start date?

We have a strict turnover schedule to adhere by once Residents vacate. If your apartment is ready prior to your scheduled move in date, you will be contacted by the Leasing Office.

I will not be able to move in on my move in date. What happens then?

If you are unable to move in on your scheduled date, please be sure to notify the Leasing Office so we can work out alternate options. The Tenant is still responsible for rent beginning on the move in date listed on the residential lease agreement.

What is included with the rent?

The Phase I and Phase II building of Cary Belvidere Apartments include the following utilities:

Cable with HBO, Internet, Electric(w/cap), Water, Trash, Sewer, and Central Air/Heat.

The 701 W. Cary Building, West Grace Properties, and SFH include the following utilities:

Water, Trash, and Sewer

Where is parking and is it included in the rent?

The Phase I, Phase II, and 701 W. Cary Building offer covered garage parking for an additional monthly amount.

When is rent due? How Do I pay rent?

Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Rent may be paid via check, money order, cashier's check, or thru our online payment system called Dwolla.

Do you allow pets or smoking?

All of our properties are pet free and smoke free.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

All maintenance requests must be submitted by email to manager@renteva.com.
